
Thanks to a very special donor, Gloria Cárdenas of Colombia, 20 of our students now receive free dance classes—fulfilling their request to add another form of art to our program.
In the video, you’ll see our children dancing Joropo, a traditional folk music and dance style native to Los Llanos (The Plains) in Colombia, which is also where our foundation is located. Joropo is a cultural treasure of the region and an important part of its identity.
